1-3378 American Towers LLC is proposing an increase in the height of an existing telecommunications tower from 194-ft AGL to 215-ft AGL (225-ft AGL with appurtenances) associated with the collocation of six (6) 72.9" x 11.9" & three (3) 72" x 19" panel antennas at 215-ft AGL on the aforementioned tower, located at N 30 56 23.8 W 85 49 17.0 on a parcel of land identified as PID 1210.00-000-000-014.000 by the Holmes County Tax Assessor's Office . The proposed modification will involve a change in lighting from unlit to E1 Avian style lighting. American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
